We have two kids in high school! I am really excited to see what this school year is going to bring. Jacob & Emily have their schedules, lockers and books are still waiting to arrive. Hopefully we will have them soon! Emily had her freshman orientation today. The school serves breakfast for them and goes over all thr rules. It is really weird to think that we have two kids in high school.

Jake and his buddy brad are starting to make music videos. They want to make more and show them at school, also making announcement videos for the forums. They even have their own "company". "Shaka Brah Film Co." is what they decided upon, and really like doing all of this! Lockers & Schedules

Well I really don't know where to begin with this one. We now officially have two children in high school. It was really weird to get two class schedules in the mail.

Jacob is going to be REALLY busy this year. I think all he is going to be doing is baseball and school. He is taking Bible, American Literature, Geometry, History, Animation, Broadcasting and a Study Hall. He is playing fall baseball and off during the winter and back to baseball in the spring!!!!

Emily is also going to be really busy this year too. She is really excited about school. Her schedule is pretty busy too. Bible, Literature, Algebra 1, Physical Science, Photography, World History, Health. She starts golf practice tomorrow. She is playing golf this fall and basketball in the winter!!!
I am really proud of both of these kids!!!!

I took them to the school today to get their lockers. I was fun going with them to find their lockers.

FINAL

Today we had our court date to finalize Hannah's adoption in the state of CA. I filled out her final paperwork for Holt to. As of today her adoption is final and EVERYTHING has been completed through Holt and the state of CA. It feels so good to have everything completed.

Dentist

Our entire family had dentist appointments today. We are usually not very excited about going to the dentist, but today was Hannah's very first dentist appointment since she has been home. We started off the appointment by me filling out all the paperwork for Hannah. While I am filling out all the paperwork they call Emily back. Emily takes Hannah back with her. It was really cute to see Hannah sitting on Emily's stomach watching Dr. Gong clean Emily teeth. Hannah thought that was pretty funny. Jacob gets his teeth cleaned, but Hannah didn't want anything to do with that. When it came time for Dr. Gong to check out her teeth she was ready. She liked sitting in the chair by herself and opening her mouth. Dr. Gong kept telling her that if she sat real still she would get a bag full of stickers and a new tooth brush. Dr. Gong won her over with the stickers. She loves stickers. No cavities for me, Jacob, Emily or Hannah. David has a small one on a bottom tooth that has to get filled next week.
