The Table
1. You pull out the chair first.
2. Climb on the rungs to the chair.
3. Put you leg on the table and your home free.
Up here You can get whatever you want. I think I saw my toys up here somewhere! There you are mom! I will smile for YOU! Then you climb down with your toys!
Ava does the same thing all the time. She gives me a heart attack. I dont remember seeing tables at the orphanage?? :-) But they both have great climbing skills!!
What a smart little girl, figuring that out so young!! Unfortunately, I'm learning that its the smart ones that give them most gray hairs! We'll be thinking of you all, all through monday. Good luck.
PTL!!!!!! We have electricity again and...internet, tv, lights, my coffee pot, my flat iron and hair dryer, my own bed, AIR CONDITION, and the stove and oven (you know I use these often!)
We are very grateful for great friends that let us stay at their house and I thank God for the little half bed and the lime green walls with pink polka dots that I got to wake up to every morning since Saturday...made me feel like a kid again!! It was fun, but poor Jeff has slept on a couch all week so he is VERY grateful to be home to our bed. We are just so grateful that we had somewhere to go that had air conditioning at night to sleep. Keep praying for all of the people of Houston and surrounding areas. This Hurricane Ike has greatly affected our lives this past week. Many are still without electricity and many businesses are still not open. Kids are still out of school and will be for a while!! Love and miss you guys!!
T in very hot, post Hurricane Ike... it has been a MESS in TEXAS!!!!!
