Homeward Bound

Someone is happy to be headed home! Hannah is super excited to be on the plane headed home. This has been a long week. I have to say Hannah has been amazing through this whole thing. She has been such a good girl. She does tell us from time to time she wants her own bed. You know what kid you will have that tonight! Can't wait to see our kids on the other side! LAX here we come!

Nightmare of a flight

Well we dropped the kids off at the airport to find out that their flight had been delayed an hour. We are thinking no big deal they will get something to eat and hang out for awhile. Well we were wrong 12 hours later their flight got cancelled. David went back to the airport to get their flights changed to a different airline. That flight doesn't fly out until noon, so they are back at Aunt Marcy's to try to get some sleep for their flight home. All I have to say is NEVER fly SPIRIT airlines. THEY SUCK!!

Colorado bound

We are in Colorado for a week! My mother-in-law was diagnosed with bladder cancer on April 8. We were hopeful that she would recover from this, but things have turned to the worst. Marcy called David last week and told him that if we want to see his mom while she can still talk and know who we are we better hurry up and get there. So here we are. We are going to try to have some fun as a family in this difficult time.
