I just love this dude so much! My life would have never known about Autism if it wasn't for him. My aunt adopted Jason when I was 18 months old. It was just him and I for quite awhile. He was my playmate and friend. Jason thank you for opening up the world to special needs people and realizing that you guys have so much to give to us as we have to give to you! Love you Jay!

Apple Farm 2012
We had our annual Apple Farm trip to Tehachapi yesterday with our day program. Hannah loved it this year!!! She picked a huge bag of apples to bring home for our family!! She has been eating them like crazy too. I think there will be some Apple bread & Apple butter being made soon!!

Dai Break Flood
Well, the fall season has gotten off to an interesting start! As the staff arrived to start their shift today, they were greeted with a splashing surprise. Somehow, water leaked all over the facility, and flooded the building. Standing water
of about two inches throughout the entire building.
of about two inches throughout the entire building.
Just a little bit of water.
Ripping the carpet up.
Had to move everything outside.
Empty!
Bryan being..well, Bryan.
Christie, yea she's a little tired after all this.
We had to have some fun! So, why not make a body outline, since the new
carpet will just be put over it?
"Forget the gym. Just pull up 5,000 square feet of decade old carpet."
The boss. Always being in charge.
Now the building is nearly empty, and we have to re-organize everything to keep the facility running
while we fix this. If you know anyone that is able to donate their time, money, or as odd as it sounds, carpet, we as a non-profit organization would greatly appreciate it! It's difficult being non-profit with lower funds, especially when things like this happen.
