Curve Balls

You know life just throws you some curve balls once in awhile.  This summer seems to be on BIG curve ball.  I just think I have our plans all figured out and everything organized ........Bam a curve ball comes our way.  I am having to learn how to handle these curve balls.  If you handle them in a wrong way it could hurt a lot of people, but it you handle them with God's help hopefully we will get a home run out of it.  I am excited to see the outcome of this summer and all that it is throwing at us.  Just a few bumps along the way. :)

Beach evening

We drove over to Avila Beach to have a fun evening with some friends. The top picture was taken about four years ago on a beach night. Serena posted this to today on my facebook page. Our girls look so little.

Our friends Norm and Jennifer had a wedding to go tonight, so we got to have the boys for the evening. We had a birthday dinner in Tehachapi after dinner we took the kids to the park. Of course ICE CREAM had to be involved! 

Photo Shoot

Emily had a photo shoot with her best friend to get some last minute pictures before graduation. All I have to say it was stinkin HOT out there at 10 in the morning. Emily did get some cute pictures.
