You know life just throws you some curve balls once in awhile. This summer seems to be on BIG curve ball. I just think I have our plans all figured out and everything organized ........Bam a curve ball comes our way. I am having to learn how to handle these curve balls. If you handle them in a wrong way it could hurt a lot of people, but it you handle them with God's help hopefully we will get a home run out of it. I am excited to see the outcome of this summer and all that it is throwing at us. Just a few bumps along the way. :)

The Big Move
As a mother this is one of the hardest things I have ever had to do. Jacob is moving into an apartment of his own today. David is in Colorado moving everything out of his moms apartment. So I am moving Jacob solo with the help of Emily and mom. When I had Jacob 20 years ago I knew this day would come, but I don't want it too. I know it is the best for him and me at this time in our lives. I know he is going to learn a lot of lessons being out on his own. I just pray that everything David and I have taught him he sticks to it. Son we are praying for you that you make the best choices and glorify God in everything you do. We love you bunches!!

Ginny
Our visits with Ginny! Our kids our making lasting memories with their grandma. David is trying to get as much time with his mom as he can. Jacob and Emily are here until Monday night. David and I are staying for a week to help get everything finalized. Kevin is coming in from Baltimore to help us out. I have to say this is hard watching someone slowly slip away from you. It just shows that we have to cherish everyday as if it is our last. We are praying as the days to come that Ginny is not in a lot of pain. My last words are CANCER SUCKS!!!!

Awesome Father!
Daddy's are the best for fixing the little things in life such as bicycles, scooters, and sometimes even hearts!! David is the best daddy to our children. He teaches them to live their lives according to Jesus Christ. He is one of the most patience, loving, caring fathers I have ever seen. David also tries to teach his kids how to look at the big picture of life and how it is going to affect you later on in life. Sometimes they listen and sometimes they don't and when they fall and stubble he picks them up and looks at them asks what did you learn from that? I am so thankful God placed David in my life to help raise these kids.

Jake's car accident
Jacob was in a car accident last night. He was side swiped by a drunk driver. PRAISE GOD THAT HE IS OK!! The car is gone, but we have him. God is good!!
